made a lasagne last night. i'm passing on some wisdom: you will never go back to plain ground beef once you've substituted it with ground italian sausage. omg.
and i think i've found a solution to my anxiety issues: wine. (this is the part where carin says "i told you so.") i had half a glass with dinner and slept a lot better. however. i prefer sweet over dry, therefore i tend to go for zinfindels and muscattos, and since i've never been a drinker and know half a bottle will generally go to waste, i've been privvy only to your cheap sutter home and berringer-type brands. and, of course, the glorious boones farm. (you know it's a good night for redneckin' if it's a good night for boones farm.)
can anyone recommend some good wines and/or brands to me? it's a bit easier to find wine here, since they have a liquor section in the grocery stores. i prefer the whites and blushes, but i will drink red if it's sweet. and i'd like to try more reds, because they're the ones that are best for you.
