sugary sadness...i weep for peeps.

i won't go into details why, but i'm having a very downer evening. just sad and pouty. and my mood is affecting my eating habits...but not in the way you'd think...

i got a bunch of half-price easter candy at target today. you know, chocolates, dove truffle eggs (my favorite all-time!), and cocoa bunny peeps which have recently taken a fluffy-gooey hold on my crave centers.

but today, feeling a little lonely and blue, i looked into the faces of the bunny peeps. and their eyes were doloped on in sad little drops of chocolate, all turned up in the middle. it was like looking in an emotional mirror, and i just couldn't do it. my heart twisted and i had to put the package away, face-down.

this is, by far, my most retarded moment on earth.

and just another reason why i should follow my rule about not eating anything with a face.
